Our WoNs are handmade for you by sewing workshops in Europe that we know personally. And at a super fair hourly wage. We produce our fabrics in the fair fashion stronghold of Portugal and in Turkey. We are in daily contact with our factories. This clearly sets us apart from the common practice in the fast fashion industry of producing in China under the exploitation of Muslim Uyghurs.

Why polyester is not an option for us

Polyester is plastic. And plastic loses microplastics – when worn, washed, breathed. These particles end up in the environment, in our food, and now even in the human body. Microplastics have now been detected in the brain, the placenta, and even in breast milk. Added to this are chemical treatments with substances such as formaldehyde and PFAS ("forever chemicals"), which accumulate and are associated with health risks.

We believe thatplastic has no place on the skin or in the environment.

I've been waiting a long time for the mariposa in black. I love them all. And I would like a beautiful, feminine-cut linen abaya and the linen hijab in black.

For all occasions

I feel really cozy in it, yet still elegantly dressed. As always, the colors at WoN are timeless 💚 The top also goes great with harem pants, or can be worn without a belt as a cardigan. I have a feeling the Juniper Set is going to be a WoN classic!

I live in this tunic. It's the perfect length, not too short but also not too long that you step on it. I would sell all my abayas for this tunic 🥰

Everything is perfect.

I think they're great! I've had them for a few months now and they fit perfectly! I used to have another pair that always slipped under my abaya. The Yuna is just perfect, it fits snugly enough and is still extremely comfortable. I hardly notice it when I'm wearing it. I think the area around the stomach is absolutely perfect because it provides really good support.
I knew even before I ordered it that it would be so great! And the price is just fantastic.
