Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

Within the EU, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Freshling GmbH, Barmer Str. Ritterstraße 10, 42899 Remscheid, email address: salam@wrapsofnature.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all costs to you—excluding shipping costs—no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you mail the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery
  - for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
  - for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

You are generally responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

However, we offer you the option of using a return label provided by us for the return shipment. If you use our return label, we will initially cover the return shipping costs for you. A fee of €3.90 will be deducted from the refund amount to which you are entitled under the right of withdrawal for the use of this return label.

Use of our return label is optional. You can also return the items to us at your own expense using a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, there is no €3.90 charge for a return label.

Note: If you return an item due to a defect, an incorrect delivery, or any other statutory warranty claim, you will not be charged for the necessary return shipping costs.
