Returns Portal
Note: By registering your return, you are simultaneously declaring your withdrawal from the purchase agreement, provided that the legal requirements for withdrawal are met. A separate withdrawal form is not required.
So you don't have to handle the shipping yourself, you can get a return label from us directly through our returns portal. The cost of this label is €3.90 and will be deducted from your refund.
Good to know: If you're returning only one defective item, we won't charge you for the return label. If you select "Item is defective" as the reason for return in the returns portal, you'll need to upload a photo of the defect.
