To make the return process as easy as possible for you, you can get a return label directly through our returns portal, without having to arrange shipping yourself.
The return label costs €3.90, and this amount will simply be deducted from your refund.
Good to know: If you return a defective item, you will not be charged for the return label. If you select the reason “The item is defective” in our returns portal, you will need to upload a photo showing the defect.
