To make your return as easy as possible, you can conveniently get a return label from us directly through our returns portal—so you don't have to arrange shipping yourself.
The return label costs €3.90, which will simply be deducted from your refund.
Good to know: If you're returning a defective item, we won't charge you for the return label. If you select "Item is defective" as the reason for return in our returns portal, you'll need to upload a photo showing the defect.
