Please register your return through our returns portal.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (including the original hang tag still attached!). The item must also be in its original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee for visible signs of use such as creases, stains, pet hair, etc.
It takes 7–14 days to process your return.
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or soiled, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If an item is returned as part of a promotion offering free products, or if an item is offered at a discounted price as part of a bundle, the entitlement to the free product/discount will be forfeited and the regular price will apply. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You may exchange an unworn product in perfect condition (including the hangtag) for another item of equal value or redeem it for a gift code up to 30 days after purchase, at your own shipping cost. Exchanges at our expense are, of course, granted for defective or damaged items within the scope of the statutory warranty. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the person giving the gift, the refund will be made to the person giving the gift and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.
Shipping

We will cover the return shipping costs for returns within Germany. You are responsible for the costs of returns from other EU countries and non-EU countries.
Returns from outside the EU: Please notify us of your return in advance, otherwise customs charges will apply.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
