To return or exchange an item or to report an incorrect/missing item, please fill out this form.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase is more than 14 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Your exchange right is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (including the original hangtag attached!). The item must also be in its original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to withhold a restocking fee for visible signs of use such as wrinkles, stains, pet hair, etc.
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Software products for download
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged or dirty, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account.

Refunds under the right of return/exchange can only be made for regular-priced items; unfortunately, offer items are excluded from refunds. If an item is returned as part of a promotion with a free product, the entitlement to the free product also expires. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
Exchange (if applicable)
You can exchange an unworn product in perfect condition (incl. hangtag) for another of the same value or redeem it for a voucher code up to 30 days after purchase at your own cost. An exchange at our expense is of course granted for defective or damaged items within the scope of the statutory warranty. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please complete this form.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the person giving the gift, the refund will be made to the person giving the gift and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Freshling GmbH, WoN, Barmer Str. 62A, 42899 Remscheid, Germany.
You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Within Germany, however, it is possible to receive a voucher code for the store instead of a refund, in which case we will pay the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from outside the EU: Please notify us of your return in advance.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.
If you are sending an item worth over €40, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
