"Laila" Cosy Abaya made from organic cotton (Mousse au Chocolat)

Why didn't I buy these sooner? They're so soft and cozy, with a wonderful cut that covers the body while flattering the figure. I bought size 2 new and size 1 secondhand—both are wonderful and make an instant difference! Size 2 fits nicely loose and relaxed; I think I could even fit a baby bump in there (inshallah) 😍 Size 1 is elegant yet still modest.

I think it's just wonderful that 100% natural abayas are sold and that I can wear them. As for the abaya, it is extremely high quality, feels very heavy, and is super soft. So it's definitely worth the price!!!

The abaya is very beautiful and comfortable. The fabric is very pleasant and well suited for winter. I am 178 cm tall and wear size 2, and finally I have found an abaya that is long enough!

So cozy and comfortable. I have all 3 colors and love them very much. I wear them every day. They are so versatile. I would say it's a 3-season abaya. It feels fresh and clean, is very good quality, and you rarely have to wash it. I hope it will still be available in black 😍

Very well made, sturdy material, and fits perfectly! Of course, it comes at a price, but with this material, I don't think it will become see-through, as has happened to me with other (very thin) cotton dresses.
With the Alma, made of 100% linen, I had the problem that it didn't fit as loosely as an abaya and therefore rubbed against my legs a little when walking—this one doesn't have that problem at all and is really great in terms of material and fit! You can tell how the products are constantly being improved.
I would just note that the photos of the Laila Mousse show two slightly different shades of brown, which confused me before I ordered :D

I am quite frugal myself, and I can say that when I treat myself to something a little more expensive, it is because I am convinced by the quality of Tabea's hijabs and abayas. The delivery was amazingly fast—it arrived the next day. I put everything on right away and didn't want to take it off. Since I'm not a hijabi yet and only use it for prayer, I have to say that I love it and don't want to rip it off like the ones before and just get rid of it quickly. I think many people know what I mean.
The dress is soft and warm, yet also cooling. I am so proud to have something this great in my closet and immediately got rid of all my polyester dresses that make you sweat and smell.
I will definitely order more from Tabea and can recommend it to all my sisters!

To be honest, I wasn't too sure about this abaya when I received it in the mail. For some reason, it looks more casual than it does in the photos on the website. I was expecting something at least semi-formal. However, when I put it on, I immediately loved it! From the cut (length and structure) to the material, it works like magic. I have to deduct one star, though, as the price of EUR 109 for a premium waffle abaya is still a bit too high, in my opinion.

I'm about 5'7" and ordered a size 2. It was obviously too long, but it shrunk after washing and now it fits perfectly. It's really comfortable to wear and nice and roomy.

I’m about 5’7” and ordered a size 2, but unfortunately it’s way too long (about 4–5 cm), even though I like my abayas very loose and floor-length. But I was told that if you wash it and don’t stretch it out so much, it might shrink a bit, so I’m going to try that—otherwise I’ll take it to a tailor. I’m actually sooo excited about the quality, the color, and the material—it’s my very first natural abaya!
I’m so thrilled with the quality that I’m now going to order a few jersey hijabs :)
The only criticism is the sizing, since it will likely be either way too short or too long for many sisters

The cotton Laila Abaya is absolutely gorgeous! I was hesitant at first, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway—and I haven’t regretted it. It’s incredibly comfortable; you’ll want to live in it. Unfortunately, it shrunk in the wash and is now much too short, so I’ll probably have to sell it. It would be nice if they added a little more length in the future or pre-washed the dresses.

A beautiful winter and transitional abaya 🤍✨ I’m absolutely enchanted—I ordered it and tried it on for the first time today… and wow!! I love the look! So elegant, simple, yet still modest! 🤩 I even got compliments from my non-Muslim friend right away! I was really torn about the size—I’m 5’6” and usually wear a size 44/XL, but I’m just starting to wear abayas and don’t like them too loose, so size 1 was perfect for me. It doesn’t drag on the floor, isn’t too wide, but still covers everything comfortably. I’m impressed. I’ve only had WoN hijabs so far, but this abaya has won me over! I highly recommend it. The cut and drape are a dream ☺️☺️💕 It’s worth the money—it’s a very timeless look!

Just a quick note: you definitely need to wear a turtleneck or something similar underneath, but I do that anyway in the winter 🤗—or a khimar, so that the neckline is well covered.
