Shipping costs:
- Germany: Free shipping on orders over €70 (otherwise €3.90)
- EU countries: Free shipping on orders of €99 or more (otherwise: €7.99; return shipping at your own expense)
- Switzerland: €9.99 (€15.99 for orders weighing 1 kg or more; customs duties may apply; return shipping at your own expense)
- USA: €18.99 (Customs duties may apply; returns at your own expense)
- Other/International: €18.99 (Customs duties may apply; returns at your own expense)
Shipping time
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible! Under normal circumstances, it takes 1–3 business days for your package to leave our warehouse (during sales events, it may take slightly longer). As soon as the package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Our shipping carriers (DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD) usually require an additional 1–2 business days to deliver the package (3–10 business days for international shipments). Small packages are delivered directly to your mailbox via standard mail. Please note that delivery may be delayed around holidays.

Pre-order/Pre-sale
If your order includes pre-order items, please note that, for cost reasons, we will not ship the entire order until the pre-order items are available.
Returns
Please register your return through our returns portal.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (including the original hangtag attached!). The item must also be in its original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee for visible signs of use such as creases, stains, pet hair, etc.
It will take us 7–14 days to process your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed. Within a few days, the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original payment method.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.

Special Offers / Discount Codes / Free Products
If an item is returned as part of a promotion offering free products, or if an item is offered at a discounted price as part of a bundle, the entitlement to the free product or the discount will be forfeited, and the regular price will apply. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Exchange (if applicable)
You can exchange an unworn product in perfect condition (including the hang tag) for another product of the same value or redeem it for a gift card code within 30 days of purchase, provided you cover the shipping costs.
We will, of course, cover the cost of exchanging defective or damaged items under the statutory warranty. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at kundenservice@wrapsofnature.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the full purchase price when you return the item. As soon as we receive the returned item, you will receive a store credit via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or was not shipped to the person giving the gift, the refund will be issued to the person giving the gift, and they will be notified of the return.

We cover the return shipping costs for you within Germany. You are responsible for the costs of returns from other EU countries and non-EU countries.
Returns from non-EU countries: Please be sure to notify us in advance of your return, as otherwise customs duties may apply.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive may vary depending on the country where you live.
If you return an item, we recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
